A 36-bed assistive living facility offering 24/7 nursing assistance, support with activities of daily living, group dining, and activities for those battling illness from HIV and other challenges that impede living independently.
Fifty units of flexible housing are provided in Allen House, which is located on the Jefferson Avenue Campus (JAC). This new campus was built as a pioneering model of care to co-locate housing with ONSITE comprehensive supportive services offering 360 degrees of coordinated care. Also located on the JAC, Elliott Place offers 39 permanent housing apartments.
For those in housing crisis, we offer limited stay emergency housing to allow participants to stabilize in a secure and supportive environment. Our care coordinators assist participants with accessing resources to help them on the journey to more independent and/or permanent housing. Each night, we lease 80+ units for individuals and families who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness.
Six housing buildings with 92 permanent housing apartments that include one-bedroom units for individuals and two-, three-, and four-bedroom units for families with children. Residents are supported with an array of resources to assure stabilization, health, and opportunities for a more independent life by strengthening the social determinants of health.
For clients in their own accommodations in the St. Louis Metro area who are experiencing difficulty paying rent/utilities, DOORWAYS provides temporary financial assistance directly to the debtors while our care coordinators help them advance stabilization.
Outstate provides rent/utility subsidies as well as limited emergency housing in rural parts of Missouri and Illinois.
