Pat leads DOORWAYS’ five housing programs and, as a a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, oversees the 24-hour residential care facility. She has been instrumental in the development of the agency’s new campus that will provide comprehensive flexible housing and extensive onsite services, providing clients with 360 degrees of stabilization. Pat manages compliance issues related to housing and supportive services to improve the quality of life and health outcomes for people affected by HIV/AIDS. She also launched a case management data system to allow the agency to track performance and evaluate outcomes. This effort included adding a director of outcomes and quality services.
Before joining the DOORWAYS team in January 2014, she was the Corporate Program Services Manager for St. Andrews Resources for Seniors/Management and the Director of Senior Services for SSM Health Care.
Pat earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Louis University. She is a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), and holds several certifications from Webster University
